Asal corporation is seeking a full‐time Assistant to join the Sales & Marketing department to assist with the administrative work within the sales and marketing operation and perform data management tasks including the review, collection and entry of contact data into the department’s database. Reporting to the head of Sales & Marketing department, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will play an instrumental role in building and refining Asal database and catalog of clients.
- Bachelor of Business Administration is a must.
- Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
- Good knowledge of social media engagement.
- Excellent editing content, presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fast, efficient data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database experience.
- Strong organizational and coordination and office support skills.
- Ability to maintain schedules and timelines.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
