Job summary /purpose

The Customer Service Unit is the focal point of Asal corporation, serving customers’ needs and cross-sell Asal services. The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for all customer service unit , handles customers’ inquires and the delivery of their needs, and ensure Asal policy and procedures are implemented. He/She ensures that the CS team and call center agents are knowledgeable of all Asal products and up-to-date of any changes to convey a consistent information to customers.

Skills requirement:

  •  Education: University degree is a must.
  •  Certification: Experienced Customer Service certification.
  • Management and Leadership Experience.
  • Supervisory/advisory expertise.
  •  Experience: 5 – 7 year of working experience in a related field.

General skills (basic skills needed for the position):

  • Preserve team leadership skills gained to optimize team efficiency.
  • Possess an action taking techniques.
  • Provide a sustainable attitude to deliver responsibilities.

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Position Summary:

Asal corporation is seeking a full‐time Assistant to join the Sales & Marketing department to assist with the administrative work within the sales and marketing operation and perform data management tasks including the review, collection and entry of contact data into the department’s database. Reporting to the head of Sales & Marketing department, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will play an instrumental role in building and refining Asal database and catalog of clients.

Skills requirement:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration is a must.
  • Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of social media engagement.
  • Excellent editing content, presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  •  Good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fast, efficient data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database experience.
  • Strong organizational and coordination and office support skills.
  • Ability to maintain schedules and timelines.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
